Twinbrook Quarter is Saul Centers' transit-oriented, mixed-use development located in Rockville, MD. This 18 acre parcel is strategically located along Rockville Pike and the Metrorail Red Line, adjacent to the Twinbrook Metrorail Station. It will feature a mix of commercial and residential buildings, great shopping and dining, cultural entertainment with programmed public spaces, and a large entertainment venue creating a vibrant live/work/play environment. There will be a community park in the center as well as trails around the perimeter of the community with features like a dog park and exercise areas. The development potential of all phases of the entire 18.4 acre Twinbrook Quarter site totals 1,865 residential units, 473,000 square feet of retail space, and 431,000 square feet of office space.
Phase I, which opened in October 2024, includes 452 apartment units in The Milton at Twinbrook Quarter, an 80,000 square foot Wegmans supermarket, and approximately 25,000 square feet of small shop space. Wegmans opened in June 2025. The remaining leased retail space is expected to open at various times throughout 2025 as tenants complete their buildouts.
