Grocery anchored neighborhood and/or community retail, preferably with anchor commanding number 1 or 2 position in market share.
Primary target markets in the Washington, DC/Baltimore metropolitan area, as well as other areas of the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Will consider properties in major metropolitan areas or smaller markets in other areas of the country such as in State Capital cities, university towns, towns with major medical centers, etc.
Capacity to purchase single properties or larger portfolio transactions.
Focus on flexibly structuring deals (i.e., all cash, loan assumptions, etc.) to facilitate a quick transaction -- generally a 30 day study period and 10 day close.
