of operating properties and raw land for
future development. Sellers and brokers
of commercial property that meet the following
criteria should contact any of Saul Centers'
acquisition professionals listed below.

Grocery
anchored neighborhood and/or community
retail, preferably with anchor commanding
number 1 or 2 position in market
share. Raw land should contain at
least 10 acres. |

Primary
target markets in the Washington,
DC/Baltimore metropolitan area, as
well as other areas of the Mid-Atlantic
and Southeast. Will consider properties
in major metropolitan areas or smaller
markets in other areas of the country
such as in State Capital cities, university
towns, towns with major medical centers,
etc. |

|
Capacity
to purchase single properties or larger
portfolio transactions. |
|
|
Focus
on flexibility in structuring agreements
(i.e., all cash, loan assumptions,
etc.) to facilitate a transaction.
