Clarendon
Center is a proposed new,
landmark mixed-used development
that will encompass nearly two
city blocks in Arlington County,
VA, one of the hottest residential
and commercial submarkets in the
Washington, DC area. The development
will contain two office buildings,
one tower of rental apartments
and ground floor retail, and they
will be certified "green"
by the U.S. Green Building Council.
Clarendon
Center will be located
directly across from the Clarendon
Metro Station, in the heart of
a bustling, urban live/work environment.
Some of the area's most densely
populated and affluent residential
neighborhoods begin within two
blocks of Clarendon Center, and
surrounding the site are office
buildings, restaurants and retail
stores. Clarendon Center
will also benefit from direct
access and unobstructed visibility
to the area's main thoroughfares
connecting this close-in development
to Washington, DC.
