The Shops at Monocacy, located in Frederick, Maryland, will be a 105,494 square foot neighborhood strip center anchored bya 57,240 SF Giant Food. The Shops at Monocacy is strategically located on the north side of Frederick adjacent to major arteries of travel, MD Route 26 and Monocacy Boulevard. The surrounding community continues to expand with additional single family and multi-family residential development. The shopping center, including the Giant Food Store, is scheduled to open Fall 2004.
