equity real estate investment trust headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland.
Saul Centers currently operates and manages a real estate portfolio of
community and neighborhood shopping center and office properties totaling
approximately 7.3 million square feet, and is actively looking to grow
its portfolio at this time. Sellers and brokers of commercial property

Focus on flexibly structuring deals (i.e., all
cash, loan assumptions , etc.) to facilitate a quick transaction
