Saul Centers, Inc. is a NYSE (“BFS”) traded equity real estate investment trust headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland. Saul Centers currently operates and manages a real estate portfolio of community and neighborhood shopping center and office properties totaling approximately 7.3 million square feet, and is actively looking to grow its portfolio at this time. Sellers and brokers of commercial property that meet the following criteria should contact any of Saul Centers' acquisition professionals listed below.

Property Type Grocery anchored neighborhood and/or community retail, preferably with anchor commanding number 1 or 2 position in market share.
Location

Primary target markets in the Washington, DC/Baltimore metropolitan area, as well as other areas of the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Will consider properties in major metropolitan areas or smaller markets in other areas of the country such as in State Capital cities, university towns, towns with major medical centers, etc.

Size Capacity to purchase single properties or larger portfolio transactions.
Terms Focus on flexibly structuring deals (i.e., all cash, loan assumptions , etc.) to facilitate a quick transaction -- generally a 45 day study period and 15 day close.
